Amy Bradley is a Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience with grief work, Hospice and Palliative care and assisting families and caregivers in understanding the complexities of living with Dementia. As a Hospice Social Worker, Community Educator for Alzheimer’s Association and an advocate for patients within our healthcare systems, Amy brings a diverse background of experiences and techniques to guide in making healthy decisions. Providing evidence based practices to clients, along with resources to aid in the client journey, Amy values transparency in the therapist/client relationship.
