I was inspired to become a therapist because I saw a need in the community. I was born for a reason and Social Work is my heart’s mission. I will make you feel heard and understood by letting you know that you are the expert of your own life and we can begin from there. I will listen carefully-not just your words, but your emotions, your body language, and what might be behind the things you’re saying. I’ll reflect back what I hear to make sure I’m understanding you correctly. I’ll create a space where you don’t have to filter yourself. My commitment to client autonomy and fostering a place of growth has resulted in positive outcomes.

From the first session, I work to create a safe, and non-judgmental space. I maintain confidentiality, set clear boundaries, and provide consistency in how I show up. I practice active listening, reflect back what I hear, ask clarifying questions, and validate the client’s feelings. I collaborate with the client and involve them in setting their goals and adjust the pace and focus based on their feedback. I’m transparent about the therapeutic process, including the limitations of therapy. I respect each client’s background, identity, and values.
