Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Accepting clients Last Updated 8 days ago

Hello, I'm Danielle, and I'm thrilled to be part of your journey towards better mental health. With a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bay Path University and over 10 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including the LGBTQ+ community, refugees, parolees, children, teens, adults, families, and couples. My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel heard and supported as we work together to address your unique challenges.

I specialize in treating a variety of mental health concerns such as substance use issues, gambling addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, gender dysphoria, and executive function issues. My approach is holistic, meaning I look at all areas of your life that may be impacting your mental health. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and I utilize a range of interventions including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), talk therapy, and psychoeducation.

One of my core beliefs is that you, as the client, should take control of your therapy. I encourage you to be fully engaged in the treatment process, and I am here to support you every step of the way. My approach is caring, empathetic, and compassionate, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you feel comfortable and understood.

Whether you're dealing with stress, trauma, life transitions, or any other mental health concern, I am here to help. Let's work together to navigate your path to healing and growth. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
