Navigating higher education comes with heavy pressure and lots of juggling. Relationships, life transitions, financial stress, and family expectations can quickly compound into overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout. Therapy provides a chance to catch your breath and build a more satisfying life on your own terms.
I offer a grounded and collaborative space where we can unpack emotional patterns, reduce stress held in the body, and explore identity questions. My approach weaves mind, body, and relationship dynamics together, drawing from an integrative, trauma-informed blend of relational, somatic, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapies. Whether you're new to therapy or returning, I encourage you to reach out to see if we’d be a good fit.
