Emily Wolbert Creative Arts Therapy
Welcome! I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with 9 years experience working with individuals to support their mental health. My approach is warm, relationship-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in attachment and psychodynamic theory.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I work with clients navigating anxiety, relationships, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, and the many challenges that come with growing and changing.
I especially enjoy working with young adults who are navigating the transition into adulthood - whether you are feeling overwhelmed, questioning your direction, struggling in relationships, or simply wanting a better understanding of yourself.
Across my work, I focus less on simply "fixing" problems and more on creating a trusting relationship where meaningful change can happen. My goal is to meet your where you can feel safe being your authentic self.
