Golden Lotus Mental Health & Wellness PLLC.
The students I work best with are often trying to hold everything together while quietly feeling overwhelmed. You may be adjusting to college life, struggling to balance school, work, relationships, and family expectations, or simply wondering why this stage of life feels harder than you expected.
I work with students experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, major life changes, and difficulty adjusting to college. You might find yourself overthinking, putting pressure on yourself to succeed, comparing your progress to others, feeling uncertain about your future, or having trouble finding your place. Sometimes, you may not even know exactly what is wrong—you just know you don’t feel like yourself.
Therapy can be a space to slow things down, understand what you’re experiencing, and develop healthier ways to manage the pressure. My goal is to help you feel more confident in yourself, better equipped to handle stress, and more connected to the life you want to build.
