While I see people of all identities, I specialize in seeing youth and adults at the intersection of LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and disabled experiences, including those in the kink and poly communities. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative, working to find approaches that work best for you. As a queer, trans, and auDHD clinician, my work is grounded in the principles of disability justice and anti-oppressive frameworks that center your bodily autonomy and personal agency.

I often see students and young adults who are working out how to best work with their neurotype to develop the life they want. This can involve building skills around executive functioning, getting comfortable recognizing and sitting with big feelings, finding new ways to approach relationships, and processing years of unmet support needs. We collaborate to find approaches that work for them, explore large questions around their experiences, and sit with big emotions. I also help those exploring their identity or challenges around being out as queer and trans.

I also provide letters in support of gender-affirming care.
