Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

I see therapy as a space where I can help my clients understand who they are so that they can gain freedom in how they walk through the world. Life’s ebbs and flows can evoke painful feelings and, in my experience, understanding those feelings alongside another person can bring about relief and lifelong change.

Throughout my career, I've guided clients through a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, trauma, relationship difficulties, and transitions into adulthood. I also have extensive experience treating binge eating disorder and other concerns related to eating disorders and body image.

My approach to mental health is compassionate and holistic, considering the interconnectedness of mind, body, environment and personal history.
