m-pathy.care mental health services
College can be exciting and full of new experiences, but it can also bring a lot of pressure. Between academics, relationships, and figuring out your future, it is easy to feel stressed, anxious, or unsure of yourself.
Therapy offers a chance to slow down, reflect, and work through whatever feels heavy right now.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally aware. I focus on helping students manage stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges while building self-understanding and confidence.
Sessions are available online for students across California, and my goal is to make therapy a supportive space where you can be heard and find balance.
