Pain can quietly shape your life, even when things look “fine” from the outside. You might be someone who thinks deeply, holds yourself to high standards, or is often there for others—yet still feels anxious, self-critical, or not quite enough. You may also notice patterns in relationships, longing for closeness while protecting yourself, or repeating dynamics you don’t fully understand. Even with insight or effort, something doesn’t seem to shift. Many people come to me experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, self-harming behaviors, or the impact of trauma, painful relationships, and attachment wounds.

Often, what feels painful or confusing on the surface is connected to deeper emotional experiences that haven’t had space to fully unfold and be understood. In therapy, we slow things down so you can begin to understand yourself in a new way, creating space for relief, clarity, fulfillment, and more choice in how you live and relate.

My style is warm, relational, and collaborative. I work from a psychodynamic lens and aim to meet you where you are, paying attention not only to what you’re experiencing but how you experience it. I invite you to a 30-minute complimentary consultation by phone or video to see if we might be a good fit.

I reserve a few sliding scale spots for college students. Please reach out for more info.
