Working over the past 25 years as a counselor, I have a relaxed, open-minded, positive, and collaborative counseling style while also being action-oriented. I am passionate about empowering others to help them manage and overcome obstacles. Our journey together can consist of but is not limited to energy psychology, improving communication and/or applying conflict resolution skills, reframing situations, and redefining norms in a safe, secure, and non-judgmental space.
