Hi everyone, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I believe in providing a safe space where you can grow and heal in whatever season you are in life. I’ve had the pleasure of working with children and adolescents for the past five years dealing with anxiety, depression, Autism, and ADHD. For the Past 2 years I have found a passion in working with adults to navigate challenges with parenting, relationships, transitions in life, and the complex childhood experiences.
I earned my Bachelors in Sociology from Georgia State University, and a Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. I focus on offering a nonjudgmental therapeutic approach to address your needs whether that involves within your relationship, and/or individual challenges. I bring a warm, approachable, and engaging presence to my work, using appropriate humor and authenticity to foster a comfortable, supportive environment where clients feel safe to be themselves.
