Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Counselors

I understand feeling lost, stuck, alone, and trying to figure out who you are- whether that is related to your gender identity, sexuality, possible neurodivergence, being mixed race, or simply part of coming to terms with who you want to be in the world. All of the pressure can sometimes feel overwhelming. I am skilled in supporting folks navigating the "in-between" places and finding confidence within themselves. I am trained in mindfulness, talk therapy, and somatic-informed approaches that can help you feel confident in the next step on your path.
