I am here to help you foster self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence. We live in an especially stressful time, and we all need extra support. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy, so I utilize an empathetic, person-centered approach, bringing in tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Parts work, DBT, and CBT where appropriate. Together, we will develop goals and a treatment plan to help you become the best version of yourself.
