Welcome! My name is Sarah Jurrens. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, a Licensed Mental Health Clinician in Washington, the owner of Rebellious W.E. Therapy. I am graduate of the CACREP Approved Oregon State University Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master's Program. Major coursework included Social and Cultural Perspectives and Systems Theory with a focus on Social Justice. I have a wealth of life and work experience to pull from, and I absolutely love my job.
I encourage clients to rethink their assumptions and habits, reconnect with their inner self, discover what fuels their true motivations, experience genuine joy, shed unnecessary shame and imposed expectations, and find empowerment through connection to their inner strengths and skill acquisition through customized individual therapy, EMDR, assessments, psychoeducation, and more.
