Hello, I'm Russell. I have a client-centered, non-directive approach to therapy. This means that I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to explore your thoughts and feelings without imposing my own direction. I am also solution-focused, which means that after we discuss and explore a problem, I prefer to shift our focus towards finding solutions. If you're uncertain about what you want to work on and just feel that you could benefit from some support, I'm here to help. We can collaborate to identify what is difficult for you and what might help you move forward.
