Specializing in LGBTQ+ affirming care, relationships, neurodivergence, addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and people in diverse relationship structures. My Mindfulness-based, person-centered approach means I focus on patients of all backgrounds, with particular attention to the LGBTQ+ community and to those who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change.

Everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I see therapy as a partnership in that process. I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you build greater understanding, connection, and a life that feels more authentically yours.

Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken — it's about recognizing your strengths and finding new ways to move through life and relationships. I bring a mindful, compassionate, and collaborative approach to that work, creating a warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental environment for you to do it in. Drawing from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based treatments, I help you get there in a way that's down-to-earth and tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

Before becoming a therapist, I earned a PhD in chemistry and built a career spanning science, academia, and public service. The privilege of sharing in the growth journeys of students and colleagues ultimately inspired my own transition into therapy, and I bring that same curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person's journey into the therapy room.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy painting, spending time with my dogs, exploring Colorado, and keeping up a mindfulness and meditation practice. I’m also always up for discovering a great movie or getting outdoors.
