My passion is helping individuals find their true path to a beautiful life. Over the last decade I have supported young people and families while working in our public school system as a counselor and supporting adult clients, teens and families in a private practice space. I work with those experiencing anxiety, stress to big life changes, difficulty with mood and emotion regulation and more. My philosophy is strength based, so I will meet you where you are and design a plan that works for you to get you feeling more successful in life.
