Xiomara Deno
Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
- Pre-Licensed Professionals
Xiomara works with children and teens (ages 6–18), adults, and couples, offering a safe and inclusive space for clients of all identities and backgrounds. She supports individuals and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety and stress, identity exploration, and building self-trust and self-advocacy. Xiomara believes everyone deserves a supportive place to explore challenges, strengthen relationships, and grow — and she welcomes clients exactly as they are.
Xiomara takes a collaborative, goal-focused approach to therapy. She works alongside clients to reflect, identify unhelpful patterns, and create strategies that support intentional, values-aligned decisions. Whether working individually or with couples, she focuses on helping clients build confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of direction in their lives and relationships.
Xiomara’s background includes clinical training through the IU School of Medicine’s Healthy Beginnings at Home program and community-based therapy settings, where she supported clients through assessment, evidence-based interventions, advocacy, and group support. She continues to grow her skills through supervision and ongoing professional development.
Outside of the office, Xiomara enjoys walking, yoga, resistance training, spending time outdoors, reading, and exploring creativity through art classes and comedy shows.
