Founded in 2023, our agency serves children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community and anyone seeking compassionate, client-centered mental health support. At Clear Mind Counseling, we believe that the foundation of great care begins with the clinician. Our model is designed to foster the professional development, confidence, and clinical insight of our therapists—because when clinicians thrive, clients receive the highest quality care. By emphasizing transparency, respect, collaboration, support, balance, and trust, we create a healthy space for healing and professional excellence. We take a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and holistic approach to care—honoring the individual needs of each client and offering services that support mental, emotional, and energetic balance. Whether through traditional talk therapy or integrative practices like Reiki, our goal is to inspire lasting growth and well-being in the communities we serve.
Our practice has a number of licensed clinical therapists with extensive backgrounds treating a variety of different ages, situations, emotional and mental health disorders in individuals and their families. We specialize in treating adolescents and college-age students, but also have significant expertise providing treatment to children, adults, families, and couples. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed and isolated by the impact of past experiences, challenges in relationships, struggling with relentless worry, battling the weight of depression, facing the complexities of navigating your own relationship with food and body image, I am here to walk alongside you on your path to healing. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, creating a safe and compassionate space where you can explore and process your experiences without judgment. We'll work towards understanding the roots of your struggles, developing coping strategies, and fostering a sense of resilience that empowers you in your daily life. Your needs are unique, and our therapeutic journey will be tailored to address them. This may include utilizing traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions, or integrating more holistic yoga and mindfulness practices to provide you with practical tools to connect with your body and mind.
I believe the greatest gift a therapist can offer is full presence with a compassionate ear. Many of my clients have sought therapy because something that was working for them was no longer working, or they noticed patterns in their lives that they wanted to change. Many felt unseen, unheard, and stuck in relationships. Some noticed patterns of anxiety or anger impact their relationship with others or their work. Some were experiencing family estrangement, contemplating cutoff, or processing the loss of a loved one. Whatever it is that brings you to our therapy space, I want you to walk away from a session having felt that I was with you on the other side, to make sense of things when nothing was making sense. Give yourself permission to be here as you are. What we acknowledge and admit to another becomes more real, and you matter. In our therapy space, even if you take your shoes off at the door, you can bring your whole self. I work with clients whose journey to therapy has been filled with ingenious ways to make due with what they have. Many find a major life transition (relationship, career, moving, school) challenging their current tools. Using attachment-based, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapies, we learn to slow down--to feel and then deal. To see where we may be unskillfully expending resources and how to reclaim them. Using an integrated-brain approach that values insight but doesn't stop there, I equip clients with an understanding of themselves in both their verbal and somatic narrative. As a social work-trained therapist, I strive to ensure that our therapeutic relationship is a refuge from larger systemic harm and trauma. I invite you to bring with you your current resources, social location, and values that you have inherited from your family of origin, ancestors, and communities. Please feel free to contact me for a free 20 minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit together.

The Narrative Network offers collaborative therapy for people across Massachusetts and brings therapists together for supervision, training, and ongoing relationships with the ideas and practices called narrative therapy. We believe people are more than the problems they are facing. Difficulties take shape in lives, relationships, histories, and social worlds — and therapy can create room to notice the values, knowledges, commitments, and relationships that may have become harder to see when life is difficult.
