Reaching out for support takes courage. I’m glad you’re here, and you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. We’ll create a space that feels grounded and genuine. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and a bit more hopeful about the path ahead. Hi! I’m Mattie. I earned my master’s degree in clinical counseling and psychology from Eastern University in 2018. I am skilled in treating trauma, substance use disorder, grief and loss, personality, and mood disorders. I use evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT. As a licensed counselor, I am dedicated to personalized care and helping clients improve their quality of life. I see therapy as a space where you can exhale—a place to be real without judgment. My goal is to understand your story and help you build tools that fit your life. Using CBT and DBT, we’ll work together to find healing, balance, and connection. In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space to simply be yourself. We’ll talk about what brings you here and what you hope to gain, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania (and all 40+ PSYPACT participating states). Hope, healing, and joy. For me, these are the three core values I hold closely when approaching my work in therapy. Life can be full of unpredictable challenges and facing them alone can feel extremely heavy and burdensome. My hope is that through therapy, clients can feel comfortable enough to share their hardships, and in doing so, lighten the heaviness of their burdens. Through a warm, person-centered approach, I hope to create a space where individuals feel heard and supported. I believe no one deserves to struggle alone, and I commit to being a supportive presence to help individuals work towards a path of healing and joy. As a therapist, my ultimate goal is to help individuals feel empowered to live a fulfilling life in alignment with their goals and values. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and adjustment difficulties. I also love helping people work through identity exploration and self-discovery. If these challenges resonate with you, I would be honored to work together on a path forward that feels supportive and impactful for you!

Additionally I run weekly therapy groups for teens and young adults. I also have two associates who work in my practice who are also quite skilled and experienced with young adults and teens.

As a mental health practice, we assist members by providing therapy to a wide array of people who are in pursuit of happiness. Our team is comprised of exceptional clinicians with a variety of specialties to ensure we give you the best support possible. From our founder: I wanted to take a moment to share something deeply personal and meaningful to me. At 23, I faced an unimaginable loss when I lost my mother to alcohol addiction. It was a painful journey that led me to struggle with my own mental health for nearly a decade. During that time, I often searched for a purpose and a way to turn my pain into something positive. Today, I’m proud to announce that I’ve opened this mental health practice. We are building a team of incredible clinicians, each of whom shares a commitment to help others navigate difficult times and find hope and healing. Our goal is to create a safe space where people can feel understood, supported, and empowered on their journey to wellness. We’re here to save lives and help individuals reclaim their strength. If you or someone you know is looking for support, please reach out. Thank you for allowing me to share this journey with you. I support clients with anxiety, trauma reprocessing, family and relationship dynamics, and attachment/ inner child/ parts work. I enjoy helping clients "free themselves" from stuck parts or narratives, build self-confidence, heal childhood or relational wounds, and feel empowered in your own strengths instead of a "problem to fix." My approach draws on a variety of modalities including IFS, narrative therapy, strengths-based, and somatic/ body work. My style is relational, warm, and easy going. I believe healing happens within the context of authentic and supportive relationship. I aim to make our time together filled with curiosity and compassion. I welcome (and highly value!) the incorporation of any cultural or spiritual identity you deem important. I have both personal and professional experience with a variety of cultural backgrounds, and I am bilingual English/ Spanish. Please reach out to schedule a free consultation through my Psychology Today, linked at the end of this web page!

Hi my name is Brandee Silverman I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and owner of Relationship Revive Therapy. I specialize in attachment-based therapy for college students and young adults. A lot of the people I work with feel anxious in relationships, stuck in overthinking or OCD loops, or emotionally worn down by managing a chronic health condition. In therapy, we focus on understanding your relationship patterns, calming anxiety, and building a stronger sense of safety and security with other people and with yourself. This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, just a place to feel supported and more grounded. I currently have early morning, late evening and weekends available to accommodate the busy schedule of college life. Please feel free to reach out and schedule a free consultation with me to see if we might be a good fit!
I'm a trauma therapist offering online therapy to college students throughout Pennsylvania. My specialty is IFS-informed EMDR: EMDR helps your brain reprocess painful memories so they lose their grip on the present, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) brings compassion to the parts of you that learned to protect you in hard times. Together, they let us work through trauma at a pace that feels safe — without having to retell your story over and over. Many of the students I work with are carrying more than a heavy course load: childhood wounds, anxiety that won't switch off, depression, ADHD, or the pressure of holding it all together far from home. Therapy with me is a place where all of that can be looked at without judgment. I believe we can let go of our past and accept ourselves as we are — and that self-acceptance is the first step toward change. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified in EMDR (EMDRIA) and trained in IFS (IFS Institute) and DBT, with a master's in Counseling Psychology from Temple University and eight years of practice. Sessions are $185 with sliding-scale spots available, and I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. I offer a free 20-minute consultation — reach out and let's see if we're a good fit.
Whatever brought you to finding me, whether it is seeking therapy for the first time or not finding a connection with multiple therapists, congrats on not throwing in the towel. Finding treatment is an arduous task, and I commend you for it. I focus on finding solutions and am confident we can be a good fit, so let's start the conversation.

I believe that at some point in life, everybody needs somebody. None of us are immune to hardship and distress. Really, it is not a matter of "if" but "when." Even though there are natural ebbs and flows, sometimes we need for someone to hear us, hold our pain, validate our experience and model a new way of coping with patterns of thinking and behavior that keep us stuck. For that reason, my passion is to aide in a client’s journey towards self-fulfillment. Through my clinical work, I am committed to supporting and empowering clients in times of distress through warmth, compassion, and challenging them to discover their true selves. I use a variety of systems that takes an integrative approach to help clients develop strategies for generalized anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic, phobias, separation anxiety, PANS/PANDAS, tics, hair pulling, skin picking, and trauma. Additionally, I have experience working with selective mutism, survivors of violent and non-violent crimes, and first responder’s mental health.
Hi! Thank you for stopping by. If you are in the middle of big life transitions—figuring out who you are, what you want, and how you relate to the people around you- we might be a good fit. College can bring up questions about identity, relationships, and belonging, along with the stress of academics and life changes. Some students feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves, while others want support navigating dating, friendships, family expectations, or exploring different parts of their identity. The students who tend to connect most with my practice are open to reflecting on their experiences, building self-understanding, and developing healthier, more authentic ways of relating to themselves and others. I love to bring in mindfulness and somatic practices into the therapeutic process and so if this sounds like you- definitely reach out! I also do accept some insurances and so feel free to email me with any questions. I cant wait to hear from you!
My name is Sarah and I am a therapist, coach and community organizer. I specialize in working with activists, organizers and politically left gen individuals who struggle with burnout, overwhelm and balance. You may be struggling with self-doubt, fear about the future and compassion fatigue. I can help with that. I work with individuals who are navigating trauma associated with living under capitalism. During our first few sessions together, we will begin to bridge the gap between your pain and systematic structures that impact you deeply. You'll begin to experience yourself as part of a whole community, not just an individual. Therapy with me will be political, restorative, healing and empowering.
