Hi! I'm Elise and I'm so glad you're here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I'd love to support you through it. I work with individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of why the same patterns keep showing up in their lives or relationships. Maybe you're navigating the stress of college, anxiety, self-doubt, family and relationship challenges, or a big life transition. Maybe you and your partner are finding yourselves having the same arguments, feeling disconnected, or struggling to communicate the way you'd like. Whatever brings you in, you don't have to navigate it alone. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself—where you can laugh, cry, and explore the hard moments. Together, we'll make sense of what's keeping you stuck and work towards creating relationships with others and yourself that feel more connected, authentic, and fulfilling.
Having practiced psychotherapy since 1999, Emily specializes in working with young adult women. Using strength-based, solution focused therapy techniques, CBT, and mindfulness, she incorporates experiential approaches to her work. Emily is also trained in EMDR and Somatic Psychotherapy. Many of the University of Colorado students Emily works with are experiencing anxiety and feel overwhelmed. This is Emily's primary area of focus. Emily works with clients to help them find their own strengths and be inspired to build upon them. She has a strong clinical background and has worked on crisis teams, in day treatment settings, hospitals, and schools.
We are a small private practice located in Fort Collins, CO who treat individuals struggling with depression and/or anxiety. These conditions include a variety of symptoms including feelings of sadness, loss of motivation, low energy, isolation, feeling worthless, disruption to appetite or sleep, racing thoughts, over-thinking, worry, nervousness, and panic attacks. Due to these symptoms, the ability to function normally is impacted, and many of our clients are having difficulty in school and in their relationships. We use an evidence- based treatment called Cognitive Behavior Therapy to address symptoms and help our clients feel better. We work well with individuals who are motivated to make changes and implement the tactics they learn in between sessions. Please visit our website for more information: evolvecounselingnoco.com

Your anxiety is off the charts. Depression is at an all time low. Sleep? Yeah right. Relationships are suffering and everything is overwhelming. You find yourself at your breaking point. Change is hard! Staying stuck is harder. Psychotherapy can help you get back to feeling good about yourself, your relationships, or gain clarity about your life goals. We all struggle sometimes with life’s challenges, and we learn to handle them in many ways. If we’re lucky, we find helpful coping strategies, but sometimes what we’ve learned to do to manage stress stops working for us. Usually, that is the time when people decide to try therapy: when they are unable to find their way out of rigid patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, knowing that there is something better out there but not knowing how to find it! I am a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst in the state of Colorado, and I am also licensed in Idaho. I completed my pre-doctoral internship and my post-doctoral fellowship at the Wardenburg Health Center at the University of Colorado. Through that time I came to love working with college students. College is a time of major transitions where you get to practice independence while still being somewhat dependent. This "in-between" place can be exciting and challenging. Helping students as they strive to separate from their families of origin and come into their own is one of my favorite parts about being a therapist.
Hi! My name is Dr. Gabrielle (she/hers) and I am a licensed clinical psychologist. First and foremost, I am so proud of you for considering therapy for your healing journey! Seeking mental health services comes with many hurdles and I am so glad you are choosing this path for yourself. I am passionate about empowering my clients to discover ways they can live authentically and intentionally. My approach to therapy is one of warmth and curiosity. I aim to nurture therapeutic relationships that are safe, understanding, and genuine. I typically work with clients who have a history of perfectionism and self-criticism and who may be experiencing low self-worth or dissatisfaction in their relationships. My work with clients often includes providing a safe space for self-discovery and working towards becoming more self-compassionate. Together, we will collaborate and determine what the best course of action is for you! I generally work from a feminist and person-centered lens while flexibly incorporating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as appropriate. I prioritize collaboration with my clients in order to identify their goals and to ensure that they are getting what they want out of treatment. I am committed to providing therapy from a social justice and anti-racist lens and I am an LGBTQ+ affirming and Health At Every Size (HAES) therapist. I absolutely love the work that I do and I am honored to be trusted to hold this sacred space with so many amazing people. My goal as your therapist is that you always get the therapy you want, need, and deserve. In order to do this, we will work together to clearly define your hopes and needs and tailor treatment to your therapy goals.

Corisa is an EMDR certified clinician and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SE) that is also trained in Theraplay, CPC-CBT, TF-CBT and often integrates elements of parts work (IFS), sandplay, play therapy, and other attachment, trauma-informed, and brain and body connecting approaches that best meet clients where they are. She believes that the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is an integral part of the therapeutic journey and having a good fit where clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected is of the utmost importance to her. When not in session, Corisa can be found practicing yoga at her neighborhood studio, birding in a local park, taking in a new independent film, or off exploring local restaurants and dives. Outside of that, she loves spending time outside as often as possible and is always planning her next travel destination with friends or with her partner in their built-out transit van.
You’re doing your best to manage, but something still feels stuck. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, painful past experiences, relationship struggles, or neurodivergence, these challenges can feel overwhelming. You’re tired of just getting by and want relief, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose and stability. Through therapy, we'll explore how past experiences shape present dynamics and create space for decisions rooted in intentionality. You’re not interested in surface-level fixes—you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, shift long-standing patterns, and feel more grounded and connected in your life and relationships. I offer insight therapy that helps build resilience, deepen emotional awareness, and encourage healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, we create a supportive space for reflection and growth, guiding you toward meaningful change and greater well-being. My approach is warm, intuitive, and genuine—rooted in curiosity, trust, and openness. Starting therapy is a courageous step toward clarity and self-understanding. I offer a compassionate, attentive space where every part of you is welcomed—including the parts you're still making sense of or learning to embrace. If you're ready to open yourself to authentic change, I invite you to reach out. We can begin that transformation, together.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in a pattern that is hurting you or the people in your life, or just not living the life that you want to live, it might be time to talk to someone. I offer traditional talk therapy from a blend of therapeutic modalities including somatic awareness practices, Jungian archetypal exploration, mindfulness based visualization, and behavioral therapy. Additionally, I provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for clients suffering from complex trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ teens and adults navigating gender, sexuality, relationships, identity, and the emotional weight that can come with living authentically. My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. I pay close attention to what's unfolding between us in the moment, while also helping you build practical tools for regulation, self-trust, and resilience. Our work might include somatic (body-based) practices, mindfulness, inner child and parts work, or deeper exploration of attachment, identity, and the systems we move through. I honor the realities of our sociopolitical climate and the ways it shapes queer and trans lives, and I aim to hold space that’s affirming, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your truth. Whether you're coming out, healing from trauma, or just trying to make sense of who you are and what you need, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You don’t have to do it alone. Reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
We all have difficulties from time to time. Recognizing that you may need help is the first step to living the life you have always deserved. We can explore different techniques and coping skills to jumpstart your journey and get you to the place you long to be; happy, peaceful and connected to others. Creating and working towards goals can be empowering. Learning to self-regulate can be a game changer. Being able to get your needs met effectively will enhance your life and your relationships.
I provide meaning-centered counseling for individuals navigating trauma, chronic pain, and long-standing stress. My practice is grounded in the belief that experiences are held not only as memories or thoughts, but also within the nervous system as patterns shaped over time. When appropriate, I integrate body-based tools and insight-oriented approaches, supporting students who may understand their experiences intellectually yet continue to feel trapped in how their body responds. Work is paced, collaborative, and attentive to context, readiness, and lived experience rather than quick symptom fixes. My services are offered through in-person sessions in Frisco, Texas, and via secure telehealth across the state. My private practice is self-pay. For those wanting to use insurance, I also see clients through Legacy Trails Therapy, where select plans are accepted under supervisory billing. This can be discussed during consultation.
My style of counseling is highly relational, down to earth, and nonjudgmental. I will encourage you to make positive steps towards growth and healing as we process life together. In my work with teen and adult clients I focus mainly on relationship issues, depression, anxiety and fear, stress, self-esteem, and life changes. You have taken a brave step to find support for yourself and I hope I can be a good fit for wherever you are on your journey.
