Many Colors Counseling
Two decades ago, I sat where you are now—uncertain but hopeful. Today, as a licensed therapist in Georgia, I use both my personal and professional experience to help you navigate your way forward. In fact, I still see the professional who first helped me start my journey—a testament to my belief in the power of having someone in your corner. If you are curious, I encourage you to take a chance on yourself. There is no commitment—you are entirely in the driver’s seat—just a safe space to see what is possible. I built my practice to be a soft landing spot for women and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex family dynamics. If this sounds like you, you are in the right place. Over the past decade of working one-on-one with clients, I have developed signature healing groups—such as Transcending Trauma, Just Between Us Girls, and Adulting After Dysfunky—because I deeply believe that we heal the same way we are hurt: in relationship. Beyond our sessions, I am committed to your growth. I actively maintain an extensive, curated resource network of books, podcasts, articles, clinical handouts, and trusted specialists who uniquely understand the needs of trauma survivors. You don't have to do it "right." You just have to show up. Welcome to a Space for Growth and Balance! Hi, I’m an LCSW providing virtual therapy throughout Georgia. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with college students to support them through the transitions and challenges of college life. Whether you’re starting college, navigating its ups and downs of a new normal, anxious,l depression, or preparing for life after graduation, I’m here to help you find balance, clarity, and confidence. I know prioritizing yourself can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. As a wife, mother, and professional, I understand how easy it is to put your needs last. But here’s the truth: investing in yourself is not only worthwhile but essential for creating meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a convenient, safe, and compassionate virtual space where you can focus on your personal growth. Using approaches grounded in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, I’ll meet you where you are, tailoring our work together to your unique needs. Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or navigating relationship challenges, I’m here to help you take small, meaningful steps toward the change you’re seeking. During our sessions, you’ll have a space where you can be heard and validated without judgment. You’ll leave feeling a sense of relief, empowered with tools to navigate life’s challenges, and clearer about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Over time, these insights will help shift your perspective, improve your mood, and bring the change you want to see in your life. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning for a fresh start, I believe a new normal is possible. Together, we can practice skills that promote balance and resilience. Let’s work toward a life where your needs are valued, your boundaries respected, and your path to wellness supported. Change is possible. Let’s take the first step together.

Being a student is a non-stop balancing act of priorities. Are you in need of change but not sure what direction to go in? Life is unpredictable, but that doesn't mean you have to be overwhelmed by it. Maybe you're going through a difficult transition, dealing with chronic issues, or feeling burnt out from the constant grind. I can't wave a magic wand and make it all go away, but we can work together to make it more bearable. I believe you have the right to rest, to be, to thrive. I offer both traditional talk therapy and practical skills/tools to create noticeable growth in your daily life. Sessions with me may involve self-exploration, creating new habits in your day-to-day life, sitting with difficult emotions, taking time to relax in your body, or doing that one thing you've been putting off. This space and time is for you. If you're still unsure about the whole therapy thing, feel free to reach out for a free consultation. I function from a space of compassionate honesty and direct communication. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by being curious and open to change.

Living with OCD or anxiety can be exhausting. The constant doubt, intrusive thoughts, avoidance and compulsions can make everyday life feel overwhelming— like it's running your life instead of you. I specialize in helping adults break free from OCD, perfectionism, and anxiety disorders. I understand how isolating these struggles can feel, and I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel understood while learning practical tools to understand anxiety and move toward what truly matters to you. If you're struggling with OCD, we’ll use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. Together we'll build a concrete treatment plan, and with steady support, you’ll gradually face fears, and reduce compulsions, building confidence and learning that you can handle uncertainty without relying on rituals. To address anxiety and perfectionism, I integrate CBT and ACT techniques, so you can develop a healthier mindset and respond to difficult thoughts with more flexibility and self-compassion. Therapy is active and goal-oriented, but always grounded in warmth and respect. I’d love to support you in this process.

My goal as a counselor is to help others UNLEARN how to be their own worst enemies. Perhaps you're feeling so low or worry so much that it doesn't seem like you are fully living life anymore. Maybe your self-esteem is low, and you've lost sight of what makes you a beautiful being. I aim to meet a client where they are and understand how they view themselves and the world. Then can change begin to occur. I help clients learn to better understand themselves and introduce skills that can help them cope with the uncomfortable thoughts and feelings they experience. I bring fun into the therapy process by incorporating activities, art and the client's creativity in session. Counseling is tailored to fit each client's needs and I welcome input from my clients. I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds. Please feel free to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you and starting this journey with you.

Thank you for taking the time to consider me in choosing a support person for yourself or family member. I facilitate individual therapy with adult and older adult populations, and treat issues related to life transitions, stress management, relationships, family systems, trauma, and chronic health conditions. Whether you're feeling stuck, struggling with our political climate, finding it hard to say no or to ask for help, creating balance between helping others' and prioritizing your own needs, developing goals or identifying your values, we can work together to alleviate suffering and promote greater well-being in your life. For the past five years I have been a remote therapist (telehealth services) and a first responder clinician (co-responder) responding on scene to 911 mental health emergencies with my law enforcement partner. Prior to these roles, I provided dual diagnosis therapy in a variety of settings, including outpatient, residential, and jail settings since 2009. I have witnessed first-hand the struggles we all face, as well as the needs of families that develop over time. It is important to have a space to explore and express our needs with someone who is able to hold empathy and unconditional positive regard, as well as identify strategies for healing and change. I look forward to working with you.

Sang-Mi Lee
Hello! My name is Sang-Mi Lee (she/they), and I am an MSW student at the University of Georgia. Prior to pursuing my master’s, I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Asian-American studies from Washington University in St. Louis. I believe that finding pride in your authentic self is one of the most important (and scary!) journeys we take throughout our lives. As a Korean-American member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am well-versed in navigating multiple identities and wish to provide support and guidance for those who may be feeling lost. Alongside my therapeutic studies, I have spent many years working in psychological research with an emphasis on wellness across the lifespan and developing one’s purpose in life. My publications have focused specifically on helping disenfranchised and minoritized individuals receive the best support possible for their development. I am also interested in the intersection of mental and physical health, and want to promote treatment adherence and positive lifestyle changes for those living with both physical and psychiatric diseases. I am honored to be a part of the Roll for Wellness team as a lifelong nerd and gamer. Whether it’s roleplaying during a TTRPG or crafting a cosplay for your next anime convention, I believe an abundance of self-confidence and healing can take place while engaging in creative pursuits. However, artistic creation can be a slippery slope as we constantly battle with imposter syndrome and perfectionism. Together, we can identify your strengths and use your passions to support your overall health and wellbeing. When I’m not working, I love doing puzzles with my family, cuddling my doggies, or playing video games with my friends!

Holistic Approach Sacred Journeys, LLC offers an environment of unconditional positive regard where individuals can safely heal and grow. I approach mental health from a holistic perspective. I employ an array of expressive therapeutic interventions in order to assist clients in addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, anger management issues, spiritual dysphoria, as well as self-esteem issues. Reflections Counseling and Coaching
College life can feel like a lot at once: classes, deadlines, relationships, family expectations, and figuring out who you are and where you're headed. Many of the students we work with are high achievers who look like they have it together on the outside but feel stressed, anxious, or stuck on the inside. Others are dealing with homesickness, a breakup, conflict with roommates or family, or just feeling lonely in a place full of people. At Reflections, you'll find a warm, judgment-free space to talk things through at your own pace. We focus on practical tools you can use right away, plus the deeper support that helps real change stick. We offer in-person sessions in Cumming, Georgia, and telehealth across Georgia, Florida, Colorado, Utah and California, so it's easy to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Andrew Blackowiak
In our "land of the free," experiences of depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma are increasingly common. Many feel weighed down by shame about the past, dread about the future, or disconnection in their relationships. Our culture that demands constant productivity makes it easy to lose sight of meaning and connection. I work with people navigating these challenges, particularly those at the intersections of religious trauma, neurodivergence, and gender & sexual identity. If you're searching for clarity, growth, and connection, I am here to partner with you. My practice is informed by DBT, ACT, psychodynamic theory, and intersectional feminism. I aim to be a fellow explorer and accountability partner. Above all, I am a curious person, and I thrive on finding the joy and (sometimes dark) humor in everyday life. I know that finding a therapist and scrolling through profiles can be stressful or scary. If you're feeling that way, we can start there. In our sessions, no topic is taboo or off the table (try me). Authenticity is never wasted, and I want to meet you in whatever stage you're at, mentally and emotionally. Reach out and let's chat.
Katy Janousek, LLC
I specialize in sex therapy and relationship counseling for LGBTQ+, gender-expansive, kink-involved, and consensually non-monogamous adults. Many of my clients are navigating desire discrepancies, identity transitions, communication challenges, or persistent shame around sexuality and intimacy. You may feel capable and self-aware in most areas of life yet unsettled in your closest relationships. Together, we will connect the dots between present triggers and earlier relational experiences so recurring patterns can be understood and shifted with intention. Therapy with me is relational, direct, and grounded in an intersectional framework. I integrate sex therapy, narrative approaches, and practical communication tools to help clients identify patterns and take active steps toward change. While we address complex and vulnerable topics, humor and honesty create space for authenticity and connection. It makes sense if you feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure where to begin. Therapy can be a place to explore your identity and relationships without carrying the burden of explanation or self-protection. If you’re ready to engage deeply and take an active role in meaningful change, I invite you to connect.
